2. Services

We provide training and educational services as described on our website. Details, including pricing, may change without prior notice.

3. Bookings & Payments

All training sessions must be booked in advance. Payments are due 15 days before the scheduled training. A 50% deposit is required for custom packages.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during training are the intellectual property of TechVest Learning LTD and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
